What Folks Want to Know
When are you open? We are open year-round. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
How can I contact you? You can reach us by phone at 440-834-3133.
Where are you located? We are located on State Route 87 (Kinsman Rd), roughly halfway between Burton Village and Middlefield Village, next door to Carter Lumber. Look for our large white century home with the red barn behind it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, MC/Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
Do you offer shipping? Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping at this time. We want to ensure our chocolates arrive in perfect condition, and shipping can risk melting or damaging our products.
What types of chocolates and candies do you offer? At White House Chocolates, we offer a delightful variety of treats! You’ll find European-style truffles, creamy caramels, nut clusters, rich creams, and more. We also have gourmet popcorn, smooth fudge, refreshing ice cream, delightful maple creations, and fun jelly beans and gummy bears. There’s something for everyone!
Do you have options for people with dietary restrictions? We do offer sugar-free options for those who need them. However, please note that we do not have gluten-free or dairy-free options since our kitchen handles both ingredients, and we don’t use separate tools. If you need more information about ingredients, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
How should I store my chocolates to keep them fresh? To keep your chocolates at their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid putting them in the fridge, as it can cause the chocolate to bloom.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders for events? Absolutely! We love helping make your events special with our custom and bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. Just reach out to us to discuss what you need, and we’ll provide a quote.
Can you freeze fudge? Yes, you can freeze our fudge! To preserve its deliciousness, section it off into individual sections, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and then place it in an airtight container or freezer bag. When you’re ready to enjoy it, let it thaw at room temperature completely before enjoying.
